Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, outbound calls, and other sales channels.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and discovery calls with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business growth.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable SaaS solutions.
International Sales
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles for international clients.
- Coordinate with prospects across different time zones including the USA, Europe, Middle East, and APAC regions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain healthy sales pipelines.
SaaS Sales & Client Consultation
- Promote SaaS-based products and AppExchange solutions.
- Explain product functionality, implementation process, and business benefits to clients.
- Work closely with technical and implementation teams for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and opportunity tracking.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to improve lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client communication professionally.
- Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, or SaaS Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of Salesforce, SaaS products, or cloud-based solutions is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem/AppExchange products.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing.
