Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive who can independently generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive end-to-end sales—from first contact to deal closure. The role involves interacting with corporate clients, understanding their gifting needs, and presenting customised solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, and references.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Connect with HR, Admin, and Procurement teams of corporates.
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual & in-person) and present product offerings.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized gifting solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → follow-ups → negotiation → closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of orders.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales / B2B Sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident personality with ability to handle client meetings independently.
  • Experience in lead generation and conversion.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
  • Comfortable with travel for client meetings (if required).

Good to Have

  • Experience in corporate gifting / merchandise / event gifting / printing / branding solutions.
  • Existing corporate client network.
