Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services including web development (PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter), SEO, and Digital Marketing.
- Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and present customized solutions.
- Proactively follow up on leads, manage client communications, and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate project estimation and successful delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for business growth.
- Create and maintain sales pipelines, reports, and documentation.
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Promote company services across various channels and platforms
Experience and Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive in the IT industry.
- Working knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel and CodeIgniter (understanding technical aspects preferred).
- Good understanding of SEO strategies, Digital Marketing, and online promotion services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
