About the Role

Qloron is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth for our IT Staff Augmentation, Dedicated Development Teams, and Software Development Services.

The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client acquisition, cold outreach, and B2B sales, preferably within the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
• Identify and engage decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, HR Heads, Procurement Managers, etc.).
• Generate opportunities for IT Staff Augmentation and Software Development services.
• Schedule discovery calls and client meetings.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal technical teams.
• Develop long-term client and vendor relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Staff Augmentation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and lead generation.
• Understanding of IT services, software development, or staffing solutions.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
