Job Title: Business Development Manager (Offline Sales & Retail)
Role Objective
To expand the physical footprint of
The Earth Reserve by securing placements in premium retail outlets and hotels and resorts, managing corporate gifting accounts, and executing high-visibility brand activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Retail Expansion: Identify and tie up with premium organic stores, gourmet supermarkets, boutique gift shops, and wellness centers.
- HoReCa Sales: Pitch and secure Experience Partnerships with high-end Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes (e.g., supplying products for guest rooms or restaurant amenities).
- Corporate Gifting: Build a pipeline of corporate clients for employee kits, festive hampers, and Green Initiative gifting.
- Relationship Management: Conduct regular store checks to ensure products are displayed prominently and shelves are replenished.
- Event Management: Identify, book, and manage stalls at relevant exhibitions, farmers markets, and premium apartment pop-ups.
