Job Description

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within

the call center or BPO industry.

Strong understanding of the call center industry, including services, technologies, and

market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a

team.

Desired Skills:

Experience with lead generation and sales processes.

Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Strong networking skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.

Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

The position may require travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Standard office hours, with the possibility of extended hours during peak times or to

meet deadlines.
