Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Director to join our dynamic team on-site at our Gurugram office. In this role, you will lead efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, manage client accounts, and negotiate client contracts. The ideal candidate will effectively generate leads, build relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience - 7 years+ in New Business Development in Performance and Brand Adtech
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic decision-making
  • Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and client relationship management
  • Experience in Account Management with a focus on maintaining and growing client relationships
  • Proven ability to develop and implement growth strategies
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in the advertising or tech industry is an added advantage
