About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development/Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. This role combines business growth responsibilities with digital marketing tasks, including designing and posting content regularly on our social media channels. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and results-driven, with proven experience in both business development and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Create, design, and post engaging content regularly on social media platforms
• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and promotional materials for client outreach
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and business development efforts

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development
• Prior social media management experience, including content creation and posting
• Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Prior digital marketing experience
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
