Requirements:

  • 13-18 years of experience in Business Development and Delivery/Project Management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record in driving business growth, managing large-scale delivery programs, and building client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of automotive industry trends, technologies, and supply chain dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership experience with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
