We are now looking for a highly proactive, ownership-driven Business Development professional who can manage and drive our end-to-end sales pipeline, except final closing.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for complete ownership of the sales pipeline, including lead management, outreach, follow-ups, qualification, call scheduling, and post-call conversion.
The founder will step in only for final closing conversations.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 34 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Mandatory experience in a Digital Marketing Agency / Marketing Services company
- Strong understanding of:
- LinkedIn outreach
- B2B sales cycles
- Client communication and follow-ups
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & CRM- Manage inbound and outbound leads across LinkedIn, email, referrals, website, and other channels
- Maintain and update CRM regularly
- Track leads across stages: New Warm Qualified Call Scheduled Closed
2. Outreach & Follow-ups- Handle LinkedIn and email conversations
- Follow up consistently with all leads
- Ensure zero lead leakage
3. Lead Qualification & Call Readiness- Qualify leads before scheduling calls
- Schedule calls and coordinate calendars
- Share pre-call briefs with complete context, pain points, and opportunity size
4. Post-Call Conversion- Send proposals, decks, case studies, and relevant documents
- Follow up consistently until closure
- Handle basic objections and queries confidently
5. Pipeline Ownership & Reporting- Maintain daily and weekly pipeline trackers
- Provide clear visibility on:
- Leads contacted
- Responses received
- Calls booked
- Deals in pipeline
- Conversions
Success Metrics- Number of qualified calls booked per week
- Lead-to-call conversion rate
- Follow-up consistency
- Revenue contribution
- CRM accuracy and tracking discipline
Compensation Structure- Fixed Salary: 40,000 50,000 per month
Notes:
- Commission applicable on revenue realized
- No upper cap on incentives

- Candidate may be required to attend face-to-face client meetings as and when needed
