We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support our sales and business growth activities. The role involves coordinating with clients, preparing proposals, managing leads, and ensuring smooth communication between the business development team and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Assist the business development team in identifying new business opportunities and markets.
- Coordinate with potential clients, respond to inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and other business documents.
- Manage and track leads through CRM systems and follow up regularly.
- Support online bidding activities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc. (if applicable).
- Work closely with project managers, analysts, and technical teams to align client requirements with deliverables.
- Schedule and organize meetings, client calls, and follow-ups.
- Maintain business development reports, dashboards, and records for management review.
- Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and potential clients.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in business development, client coordination, or sales support (preferably in IT services).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
