Business Development Coordinator

ChargingAdda is hiring energetic, hungry young minds to join our Sales team as Sales Interns. This isn't a make PPTs and fetch coffee internship. You'll be out in the field, talking to real customers, closing real deals, and building a skill-set into your career.

We work closely with RWAs, builders, facility managers, and EV users to accelerate EV adoption across India - one charging point at a time.

What You'll Actually Do

Sales & Business Development

• Visit residential societies, commercial buildings, offices, malls, and fleet hubs to pitch ChargingAdda's EV charging solutions
• Engage directly with RWAs, facility managers, builders, fleet operators, and business owners
• Generate leads through cold visits, referrals, site visits, and local networking
• Learn to explain charging models (revenue share, paid charging, private/semi-private setups) clearly and confidently
• Support the sales team in pricing discussions, proposals, and deal closures

Field & Site Coordination

• Conduct basic site assessments (parking layout, power availability, feasibility)
• Coordinate with our operations and technical teams during site surveys and installations
• Be present during installation, commissioning, and handover — and see your deals come to life

Reporting & Insights

• Maintain daily visit reports and lead trackers
• Track leads from first meeting to closure
• Bring back market feedback, competitor intel, and customer insights that actually shape our strategy

You'll be trained by our sales leadership, but make no mistake — you'll be the face of ChargingAdda on the ground.

Who We're Looking For

• Recent graduates, or those about to complete college (any stream welcome - Business, Engineering, Commerce, Arts, all good)
• No experience needed - just hunger, curiosity, and the willingness to hit the field
• Prior exposure to sales, internships, college fests, or any customer-facing activity is a bonus, not a requirement
• Comfortable with extensive field work and traveling within Bangalore
• Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi
• Ability to break down technical concepts into simple, relatable language
• Must own a two-wheeler
• Self-driven, disciplined, and genuinely excited about sales as a career
