About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Growth and Business Development Consultant on a part-time basis to support business development and client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in consulting sales, B2B outreach, startup ecosystems, or professional services who are comfortable engaging directly with founders and CXOs.
What You'll Do
- Participate in internal discussions to evaluate client opportunities and sales strategy
- Support deal origination by mapping startups, identifying high-potential prospects, and preparing structured outreach lists
- Conduct outbound sales calls and discovery conversations with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers
- Drive relationship-building initiatives through emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up calls
- Track engagement status, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- Provide market insights and feedback to refine outreach messaging and positioning
What We're Looking For
- Completed graduation in any field
- Prior work experience in B2B sales, consulting sales, or startup business development
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence in speaking with founders and senior leadership
- Organized approach to tracking pipelines and follow-ups
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools preferred
