Role - Business Development & Community Builder for Paxmeet

Type - Internship/Full-Time

Compensation - Unpaid

Duration - 3 months

Paxmeet is looking for someone who can help us grow from both sides - business and community.

We need a person who can build strong relationships, bring the right partnerships, create growth opportunities, and also help build an active, engaged community around Paxmeet.

This role is for someone who understands people, conversations, networking, growth, and community energy.

• Ability to build partnerships, collaborations, and strategic connections
• Strong communication and relationship-building ability
• Community building and engagement mindset
• Ability to grow and manage communities both online and offline
• Someone who can create excitement, conversations, and repeat engagement around the brand
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and execute on them

Your role may include:

• Bringing brand, creator, event, and partner collaborations
• Building and growing Paxmeet communities across different channels
• Engaging with users, hosts, creators, and organizers
• Creating partnerships that help drive user growth and visibility
• Helping build long-term community retention, not just short-term promotion
• Supporting go-to-market, outreach, activation, and grassroots growth efforts

You should have:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Confidence in outreach, pitching, and relationship management
• Understanding of community-led growth
• Ability to take initiative and make things happen
• Experience in business development, partnerships, growth, community, or related roles

Bonus if you have:

• Startup experience
• Experience in events, creators, social platforms, communities, or youth-focused brands
• Good understanding of online communities, culture, and user engagement
• Ability to think creatively about growth, collaborations, and activation
