Position Overview:We are looking for a highlyorganized, proactivecandidatewith 35 years of experience to support our leadership team based in the Middle East. Operating from our Ahmedabad office, this role will serve as the central coordination point between the Middle East leadership and India teamsmanaging lead workflows, CRM reporting, sales/marketing coordination, operational follow-through, and cross-time-zone communication. The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, fluent in business communication, and comfortable owning end-to-end operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Operations & Lead Management (Primary Scope)
- Manage the complete lead lifecycle: capture, qualify, track, follow up, and handover.
- Conduct outbound prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
- Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce) and ensureaccuratepipeline updates.
- Support proposal refinement, outreach messaging, and prospect coordination.
- Handle follow-ups for scheduling, documentation, and conversion stages.
2. Marketing Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing, content, creative, and operations teams to ensuretimelyexecution of deliverables.
- Manage campaign deliverables, task follow-ups, and timelines.
- Support digital presence management (especially LinkedIn posts, updates, and engagement monitoring).
3. Executive and Operational Support
- Manage schedules, meeting coordination, and communications across IndiaMiddle East time zones.
- Prepare meeting briefs,MoMs, follow-up notes, and action trackers.
- Ensure smooth internal communication andtimelyexecution of leadership instructions.
- Assistwith travel plans,logistics, and high-priority operational tasks whenrequired.
4. Reporting's Dashboards:
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, pipeline progress, conversions, and outreachactivity.
- Maintain dashboards and track performance metrics for internal review.
- Present insights to improve workflow efficiency and funnel movement.
5. Basic Accounting Support (as needed):
- Maintainsimple bookkeeping records related to invoices, reimbursements, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with finance teams for supporting documents, reconciliations, andapprovals.
Technical Requirements
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Good understanding of lead management workflows and pipeline tracking.
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion,ClickUp, Slack, or Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of marketing and sales processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of experienceinBusiness Development,Sales Operations, Business Coordination, EA + Sales Support, or Marketing Support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (business-professional tone).
- Ability to work in overlapping Middle East time zones.
- Highlyorganized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
