About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional to join our team in an Activation & BTL Business Development role. The ideal candidate will have experience in BTL marketing, brand activations, client acquisition, and business development. This role involves driving growth through strategic partnerships, managing on-ground marketing campaigns, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for BTL marketing and activation services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Lead client meetings, pitch presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Understand client requirements and develop customized activation and marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, costing, and commercial agreements.
- Work towards achieving revenue and business growth targets.
BTL & Activation Management
- Plan and execute brand activations, promotional campaigns, and on-ground marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners for seamless campaign execution.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and operational deliverables.
- Ensure quality execution aligned with client expectations and brand guidelines.
- Handle campaign reporting and post-activation analysis.
Marketing & Strategy
- Support marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and lead generation.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Contribute ideas for innovative activation concepts and client engagement strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in BTL Marketing, Brand Activations, Business Development, or Marketing Services.
- Strong understanding of activation campaigns and on-ground marketing execution.
- Proven experience in client handling and business acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong vendor management and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and proposal preparation.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and campaign execution, if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an agency or marketing services environment.
- Existing network within brand marketing or activation industry is a plus.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills.
