We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful service delivery.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance indicators.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development or sales, with 3-7 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
