This is a full-time on-site position located in Mumbai for a Business Development - AVP / DVP role, focusing on MSMEs and large corporates. The role involves driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing tailored advisory-led insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include evaluating market trends, managing client portfolios, collaborating with insurance partners for customized solutions, and achieving sales targets by strategizing and implementing effective business plans.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey solutions to varied stakeholders.
• Analytical skills and proficiency in market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Experience in managing corporate accounts, especially in the MSME and large corporate sectors, is preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Strong knowledge of business insurance products and industry regulations is advantageous.
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
