We're looking for a passionate and ambitious Business Development Associate who enjoys speaking with people, building long-term relationships, and closing new business opportunities. Experience: 1–2 Years (Freshers with excellent communication and a strong learning mindset are also encouraged to apply.)

Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
* Identify and connect with decision-makers across various industries.
* Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the leadership team.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
* Understand client marketing challenges and position Zantera's services as the right solution.
* Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
* Follow up consistently and manage the complete sales pipeline.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales updates.
* Collaborate with the internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
* Achieve monthly revenue and business acquisition targets while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
What We're Looking For
* 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, or a similar role.
* Freshers with exceptional communication skills, confidence, and a strong desire to build a career in sales are welcome to apply.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, takes ownership, adapts quickly, and enjoys building something from the ground up.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, email outreach tools, or similar sales tools is an added advantage.
* A positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
