Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Associate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partner salons, franchise prospects, local collaborations, and corporate tie-ups. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating commercial terms within defined guidelines, and supporting contract closure. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, tracking performance, gathering market intelligence, and providing feedback to internal teams on pricing, offerings, and customer needs. The Business Development Associate will also prepare sales reports, update CRM tools, and work closely with marketing and operations to achieve growth and revenue targets in the region.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability in sales or business development, including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with basic proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting for tracking pipelines and performance.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; experience in beauty, wellness, or consumer services is an advantage.
  • Local market knowledge of Bengaluru and willingness to travel within Bengaluru South for meetings and on-ground activities.
