This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Ludhiana. The role entails generating leads, conducting market research, preparing compelling business presentations, and fostering connections with potential clients to expand the company's client base. Additionally, the position will involve conveying complex information clearly, supporting sales efforts, and working collaboratively with various teams to achieve business goals.

• Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Proficiency in delivering compelling Presentations and effective Presentation Skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with the renewable energy sector is a plus
