Key Responsibilities

• Counsel parents and students about BrightCHAMPS learning programs.
• Conduct virtual consultations and explain course offerings based on student needs.
• Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective counselling and relationship building.
• Follow up with prospective parents to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM regularly.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the admission journey.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• 1+ years of experience in Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willing to work from home in Indian/ International Shift.
• English and Hindi is mandatory.
