Role Description

Business Development Associate(BDA) B2B Sales and Direct

We are hiring amotivated Business Development Associateto generate leads, pitch our digital services, and close deals with businesses and marketing agencies.

If you are confident in consulting, enjoy talking to business owners, and wanthigh earning potential through performance-based income, this role is for you.

Responsibilities :

  • Generate leads for our services (ERP,E-commerce , Digital Marketing, Software Projects , Digital Products)
  • Pitch services to business owners and agencies
  • Closeminimum 10 clients per month
  • Buildwhite-label partnerships with marketing agencies
  • Conduct discovery calls and follow up with prospects
  • Maintain CRM updates and daily sales reports

Compensation :

  • Incentives per client closed
  • Potential to earnup to 12,00,000 per year
  • 100% performance-based incentives

Requirements :

  • Strong communication and client acquisition skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Experience in sales or business development is a plus
  • Ability to learn quickly
