The Business Development Associate will focus on identifying and building relationships with potential clients and partners while driving lead generation and conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, delivering presentations, and negotiating partnerships to achieve growth goals. The candidate will play a key role in expanding BrightCHAMPS reach and impact. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South.

• Strong skills in Presentations and delivering compelling Presentation Materials
• Experience in Lead Generation and converting leads into actionable opportunities
• Proficiency in conducting Market Research to identify trends, targets, and strategies
• Exceptional Communication skills for effective engagement with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for business development and impact-driven projects
• Familiarity with the edtech industry is a plus
