Role Description The Business Development Associate – US Market (WFO) | Night Shift is a full-time remote role focused on driving growth and learner acquisition in the United States. In this role, you will conduct market research to identify opportunities, generate and qualify leads, and manage a pipeline of prospective customers. You will deliver engaging presentations and product demos to families, schools, and educational partners, clearly communicating Bhanzu's value proposition and learning outcomes. You will follow up with prospects, handle objections, and support closing enrollments while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine outreach strategies, share customer insights, and contribute to revenue targets for the US market during night-shift hours aligned with US time zones.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective Presentation Skills and experience delivering impactful Presentations or demos to small and large audiences.
- Candidates should possess experience in Lead Generation and managing a sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualification, and follow-up.
- Candidates should possess Market Research capabilities, including analyzing customer segments, competition, and trends in the US education market.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in business development, inside sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in EdTech or education services.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills, target orientation, and comfort working in a night shift aligned with the US market.
- Candidates should be proficient with CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email platforms).
- Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field, or possess equivalent relevant experience.
- Candidates should be comfortable working remotely, maintaining high levels of ownership, time management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
