Business Development Associate

Interested in owning critical workstreams for a fast-growing wall decor business

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to independently drive sales and category growth for Wall Decor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the sales workstream for Wall Decor, driving lead conversion and revenue targets.
• Maintain end-to-end sales funnel and have the hunger to consistently achieve targets.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective pitching and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Product, Catalogue, Supply and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
• Maintain trackers and dashboards on Google Sheets to monitor sales performance and category health.

Requirements:

• Graduate with a strong sense of ownership and execution.
• Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with client visits and hands-on field/sales work.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Personal laptop is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 25000/month (CTC) (depending on interview performance).
