Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Category Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Category Manager will oversee end-to-end performance of assigned service categories, including assortment planning, pricing, and margin optimization. Daily responsibilities include analyzing category data and customer insights, monitoring key performance metrics, and implementing initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and service quality. The role involves working closely with procurement, sales, operations, and marketing teams to design category strategies, manage vendor relationships, and improve service offerings. The Category Manager will also support contractual negotiations with partners, run experiments to improve category performance, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a consistent and superior customer experience.
