About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to drive growth and strategic partnerships for our healthcare technology and digital critical care solutions business. The role involves identifying opportunities, engaging with hospitals and healthcare institutions, managing client relationships, and supporting end-to-end sales activities for our Digital ICU and healthcare services offerings.

This is an in-person role requiring regular field visits, hospital meetings, stakeholder interactions, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, nursing homes, multispecialty clinics, and healthcare networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, doctors, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic outreach.
  • Support the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal submission and deal closure.
  • Work closely with leadership to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a primary point of contact for prospective and existing healthcare partners.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical/clinical teams for customized solutions.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and sales progress.
  • Market & Strategy
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and expansion opportunities in the healthcare sector.
  • Provide insights on customer feedback, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
  • Support branding and outreach initiatives including conferences, CMEs, healthcare exhibitions, and demo events.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is mandatory.
  • Experience working with hospitals, healthcare institutions, medical technology companies, healthcare SaaS, diagnostics, telemedicine, or healthcare consulting will be preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior healthcare stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of healthcare operations and hospital ecosystems.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field work.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software.
