Designation: Business Development Executive

Workplace Type: In-Office

CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹8.0 LPA + Incentives (uncapped) based on performance and experience.

Work Experience: 0–2 years (Fresher with excellent communication skills may also apply)

TestSeriesPro is an innovative Ed-Tech platform providing high-quality test preparation solutions across competitive exams (Engineering, Medical, Railways, Banking, and more). With partnerships spanning colleges, corporates, and affiliate networks, we empower students and professionals with cutting-edge test series, learning tools, and result-oriented preparation strategies.

We are expanding rapidly and are looking for passionate Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our team and contribute to our mission of transforming test preparation in India. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our test preparation products and services to educational institutions and students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Partnerships
  • Identify, research, and onboard new clients (colleges, coaching institutes, training centers, and corporates).
  • Establish partnerships with digital marketing institutes, schools, and influencers for collaboration opportunities.
  • Drive affiliate and channel partner onboarding for TestSeriesPro.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Pitch TestSeriesPro's products and subscription plans to institutions and students.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Regularly engage with institutions for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Stay updated on competitor activities, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Suggest innovative strategies to improve market penetration and revenue.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with the marketing team for campaigns and lead generation.
  • Provide regular MIS reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecast.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to generate leads through multiple channels (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, networking).
  • Confidence in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the Ed-Tech / education industry is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in Ed-Tech sales, B2B sales, or institutional tie-ups will be an added advantage.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Number of new institutional tie-ups per month.
  • Revenue achieved vs. targets.
  • Number of affiliates and influencers onboarded.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
