Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Jaipur. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify leads for Techonquer's cybersecurity training and certification programs through outreach, networking, and follow-ups. Responsibilities include conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, building and maintaining relationships with potential learners, institutional partners, and corporate clients, and supporting the creation and delivery of compelling sales presentations. The role involves coordinating with marketing and training teams to align offerings with market demand, tracking the sales pipeline in CRM tools, and contributing to revenue growth targets. The Business Development Associate will also participate in events, webinars, and campus or corporate engagements to promote Techonquer's brand and programs.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Effective presentation skills, including preparing and delivering professional presentations and demos.
  • Experience or demonstrated ability in lead generation and basic sales funnel management.
  • Ability to conduct structured market research and analyze data to identify opportunities and customer needs.
  • Interest in or familiarity with cybersecurity, technology education, or edtech is highly beneficial.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms is an advantage.
