Key Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in guiding students toward fulfilling their international education aspirations by promoting Standyou's services and facilitating their study-abroad journey.
Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage prospective students interested in studying abroad, effectively promoting Standyou's scholarship-based programs and services.
Counseling and Consultation:
Assess students academic goals, preferences, and requirements.
Provide personalized guidance on suitable study packages, scholarship opportunities, coaching options, and admission processes.
Sales and Enrollment:
Promote and close sales of study-abroad packages to students and their families.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through persistent engagement, follow-ups, and relationship-building.
Market Insights:
Stay informed about evolving trends in international education, study-abroad programs, and scholarship opportunities.
Share valuable market feedback to contribute to product and service enhancements.
Reporting and Collaboration:
Maintain accurate records and submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities, student inquiries, and pipeline status.
Work closely with operations and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales (preferably in education consultancy, counseling, or related fields).
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
