About the Role
Datadynamx is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate with experience in software sales to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue generation. The role involves end-to-end sales cycle management, from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and deliver presentations and proposals in response to RFQs
· Manage client interactions, negotiations, and successful closures
· Support and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams
· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
· Plan and execute digital marketing and sales strategies
· Drive the complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, qualification, and conversion
· Meet prospective clients through online and offline channels
· Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates
Required Candidate Profile
· 3–8 years of experience in software sales / ERP sales / enterprise solutions sales
· Strong experience in B2B and enterprise sales environments
· Proven ability to drive sales targets and manage pipelines
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong analytical and market research capabilities
