Business Development Associate

Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, supporting client meetings, and maintaining accurate records of prospects and interactions in CRM or tracking tools. The Business Development Associate will collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings, prepare proposals, and assist in negotiations to close deals. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, participating in networking events, and contributing to strategies that grow the company's client base and revenue.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients.
• Candidates should possess Market Research abilities to analyze industries, competitors, and client needs.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in HR services or consulting.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or lead management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
