Business Development Associate

Position: Business Development Associate / TeleSales Executive

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Key Responsibilities

Pitch and sell Ayurvedic products through direct tele-calling, retail interactions, and clinic tie-ups.

Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers and prospects.

Clearly explain product benefits, ingredients, usage guidelines, and answer customer queries.

Conduct virtual or on-site product demonstrations as and when required.

Consistent focus on achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and submit daily/weekly performance reports.

Perform regular follow-ups with existing clients to encourage repeat orders and cross-selling.

Mandatory Requirements Candidate Profile

Experience: 6 months to 3 years in Sales / TeleSales / Business Development.

Industry Preference: Prior exposure in FMCG, Healthcare, Pharma, Wellness, or Ayurveda is a strong plus.

Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.

Communication: Strong command over verbal English and Hindi with excellent convincing capabilities.

Skills: Target-driven mindset, negotiation abilities, and basic computer proficiency for report management.
