Role Overview
We're looking for a Business Development Associate to support our growth initiatives. You'll work closely with leadership to research opportunities, manage leads, and support outreach efforts in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Research potential clients, partners, and market opportunities
- Support lead generation and maintain CRM data
- Assist with outreach, follow-ups, and meeting coordination
- Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials
- Track pipelines, reports, and key metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in business, sales, admin, or startup roles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and data tracking
- Proven track record of building and closing business with enterprise clients
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a consultative sales approach
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- CRM or tech industry exposure is a plus
