This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate, located in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities for this position include identifying and generating leads, conducting in-depth market research, and creating effective business presentations. The associate will also engage with potential clients, nurture key relationships, and ensure a seamless onboarding process. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth is an integral part of this role.

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research strategies
• Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to create impactful Presentations
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in a business development or sales role is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is a plus
