We are looking for sharp, articulate, and well-groomed Business Development Associates from top-tier colleges to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be representing the company, engaging directly with real estate builders, landowners, and developers to provide our offerings that support their Real Estate growth and build long-term relationships. This is a field-intensive role requiring confidence, excellent communication skills, and a polished professional presence.
Key Responsibilities:
● Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage with real estate builders, developers, landowners, and other stakeholders to introduce our services and drive partnerships.
● Pitching & Negotiation: Present our value proposition persuasively, addressing client needs and tailoring pitches to different stakeholders.
● Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in the real estate industry.
● Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
● Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless client onboarding.
● Target-Driven: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets. Ideal Candidate Profile:
● Education: MBA/BBA/B.Com or equivalent from a top-tier college (preferably in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or related fields).
● Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication—must be articulate, confident, and persuasive.
● Regional Language Proficiency: Fluency in English + Telugu/ Kannada, is a strong plus, as you will engage with local builders and landowners.
● Presentation & Grooming: Professional appearance, well-groomed, and able to represent the company with credibility.
● Personality: Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable with networking and cold outreach.
● Own Commute: Must have own transportation (two-wheeler/car) for daily travel to client meetings.
● Adaptability: Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
● Willingness to Travel: Must be open to frequent local travel for client meetings.
