BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (BDA)

About the Role
As a BDA, you will connect with parents and prospective customers, understand their requirements, present the right STEM programs, and convert leads into enrolments. This is a target-driven role where communication, confidence, and relationship-building matter.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with parents.
- Understand customer needs and deliver need-based sales pitches.
- Manage leads, follow-ups & conversions.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Handle objections and drive enrolments.
- Achieve weekly & monthly targets.
- Maintain leads and activities through CRM.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree completed/pursuing.
- Excellent Hindi & English communication.
- Strong persuasion, pitching & interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented & confident.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers are welcome with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
