Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Associate. The role is field-oriented and involves interacting directly with vendors, building strong relationships, and helping local businesses successfully onboard onto the Quro platform.
  • As a Business Development Associate, you will visit markets and vendor locations, explain Quro's offerings, guide vendors through the onboarding process, and ensure a smooth partner experience. You will also identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and collaborate with internal teams to support Quro's growth and expansion goals.
  • The ideal candidate should be comfortable with on-ground interactions, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to build trust with vendors and partners.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams
  • Ability to build relationships and onboard vendors effectively
  • Experience or interest in field sales, business development, or vendor acquisition
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and market research
  • Confident in presenting and explaining products/services to potential partners
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with on-field work
  • Ability to analyze local market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in sales, vendor onboarding, or business development is an advantage
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
