Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will be the face of Pepagora in your territory. You will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients, building lasting relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a high-energy, field-focused sales role with excellent earning potential and a structured growth path.

Key Responsibilities

•       Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.

•       Present and pitch Pepagora's products/services to decision-makers at target businesses.

•       Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

•       Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

•       Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

•       Collect market intelligence and report competitor activities.

•       Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.

•       Collaborate with the internal team for onboarding and post-sales support.

Eligibility & Requirements

•       Any Graduate or Final Year Student (any stream).

•       0–2 years of experience; freshers are encouraged to apply.

•       Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•       Passion for field sales and a target-driven mindset.

•       Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

•       Basic proficiency in MS Office / smartphone applications.

•       Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.

Compensation & Benefits

•       Month 1 – Paid Training Stipend: ₹10,000

•       From Month 2 – Fixed CTC: ₹4–5 LPA

•       Performance Incentives: ₹2L – ₹6L+ per annum

•       1-Year Completion Bonus: ₹50,000

•       Performance-based growth up to ₹7 LPA within 14 months
