Head B2C Online Courses (Founder's Office)

Vertical: Online Degree & Certification Programs (B2C)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 15 Years (EdTech / Higher Education)

Reporting to: Founders

Compensation: Top-of-market + Smart Incentives

Type: Full-Time | Leadership Role

Founder's Context

MatchToCollege is building a full-stack EdTech platformfrom discovery to counselling to admissionspowered by AI and data.

We are now launching and scaling a dedicated B2C Online Courses vertical, focused on:

  • Online MBA / MCA / BBA / BCA
  • Distance & Hybrid programs
  • University-led online degrees & certifications

This role owns the entire vertical end-to-endrevenue, partnerships, team, and execution.

What You Will Own (End-to-End)

This is not a functional role.

This is business ownership.

You will:

  • Build the B2C Online Courses vertical from scratch
  • Own revenue targets, growth strategy, and unit economics
  • Work directly with founders on vision, structure, and scale

Key Responsibilities

University Partnerships & Revenue

  • Leverage existing direct relationships with:
  • Online university leadership
  • Admissions heads
  • Distance & digital learning teams
  • Onboard universities for B2C online programs
  • Structure commercials, incentives & performance models
  • Scale partner count and revenue predictably

B2C Admissions & Growth

  • Build a high-performing online admissions engine
  • Work with marketing & counselling teams to:
  • Improve lead quality & conversions
  • Optimize CAC, CPL & revenue per admission
  • Own monthly & quarterly revenue numbers

Team Building & Leadership

  • Hire, train, and scale:
  • Academic counsellors
  • Partner managers
  • Ops & support teams
  • Set KPIs, incentive plans & performance frameworks
  • Build a culture of accountability and growth

CRM, Process & Tech Stack

Own CRM setup & optimisation (Leads, follow-ups, partner workflows)

Build SOPs for:

  • Partner onboarding
  • Counselling processes
  • Admissions tracking
  • Work closely with product & tech teams to improve systems

Founder-Level Collaboration

  • Act as a business partner to the founders
  • Share market insights, trends & opportunities
  • Help shape long-term EdTech strategy beyond this vertical

Who Should Apply

This role is ideal for someone who has:

15 years of senior experience in EdTech / Online Education

Direct, active relationships with online universities in India

Built or scaled B2C admissions or revenue verticals

Strong understanding of:

University onboarding

B2C lead funnels

Counselling-led conversions

Hands-on experience with CRM tools & sales processes

Founder's mindset: ownership, speed, accountability

Strong Plus Points

Previously built a 110+ Cr EdTech revenue vertical

Experience launching new verticals or P&L ownership

Ability to bring immediate university tie-ups
