Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Indore, India. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to uncover new business opportunities, and delivering impactful presentations to potential clients. Additionally, the role involves fostering strong client relationships, effectively communicating solutions, and contributing to the growth of the company's customer base.

Qualifications

  • Strong Presentation Skills and experience in creating and delivering impactful presentations to varied audiences
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proactive problem-solving ability and a focus on achieving measurable results
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in business development or a customer-facing role is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
