Business Development Associate

We are seeking a Business Development Associate who is obsessed with finding and engaging businesses that could benefit from our reliable AI solutions. You will identify target enterprise segments across legal, financial, and other industries, engage with both technical and business stakeholders to understand their AI implementation challenges, and articulate how Nugen's Domain-Aligned AI technology solves their specific reliability problems.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with businesses that could benefit from Nugen's offerings through proactive outreach and network utilization.
- Conduct structured discovery calls to understand specific pain points related to AI reliability in different deployment environments.
- Create simple one-pager case studies outlining business challenges and how Nugen's solutions address them for different industries.
- Generate customer interest in our platform by helping technical evaluators understand our API capabilities and implementation approach.
- Collect actionable feedback from prospects to continuously refine our product positioning and messaging.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B technology sales with a consultative approach to understanding customer challenges.
- Ability to quickly understand AI implementation methods (on-prem, cloud, hybrid) and translate technical features into business benefits.
- Strong presentation skills with experience creating compelling video demonstrations and case studies.
- Proven track record of collecting structured feedback and turning it into actionable insights.
