Roles & Responsibilities
• Proactively research and identify target companies across startups, unicorns, soonicorns, GCCs, and enterprises that align with NST's talent pool.
• Reach out to decision-makers via calls, LinkedIn, and email to introduce NST and generate interest in our talent solutions.
• Nurture conversations through multiple touchpoints, manage responses, and ensure no lead goes cold.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand hiring needs and qualify leads before passing them to Key Account Managers.
• Craft and optimize outreach collateral — pitch decks, email templates, and messaging sequences — to improve connect rates.
• Maintain clean, updated data on all outreach activities, contact details, and progress in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing to align outbound campaigns with events, newsletters, or brand initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report outreach metrics, lead-to-meeting conversions, and engagement outcomes.
• Continuously experiment and refine outreach strategies based on response rates and market feedback.
Key Skills:
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, or outreach, ideally in EdTech, HRTech, or B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of B2B prospecting tools and channels (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft crisp, persuasive outreach.
• Analytical mindset with a bias for experimentation and iteration.
