Business Development Associate – Pharma & Life Sciences

InSilicoMinds is building one of India's fastest growing in silico and AI driven pharmaceutical companies focused on computational modeling, simulation, AI enabled drug development, and regulatory science.

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to support lead generation, digital campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, marketing execution, and sales activities across pharma and biotech sectors.

●      Support business development campaigns across pharma, biotech, CRO, and lifesciences sectors

●      Manage and support LinkedIn company page activities and content posting

●      Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools

●      Help identify and qualify new business opportunities and leads

●      Coordinate with leadership for marketing initiatives, webinars, conferences, and outreach campaigns

●      Maintain CRM updates, campaign trackers, and reporting dashboards

●      Support preparation of marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and follow ups

●      Assist with branding and digital visibility initiatives

●      Pharma / Lifesciences domain experience preferred

●      M.Pharm, B.Pharm, MBA, Biotechnology, Lifesciences, Marketing, or related backgrounds

●      1 to 4 years of experience in pharma business development, marketing, digital outreach, and sales support

●      Strong LinkedIn communication and professional writing skills

●      Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot/Folk), LinkedIn campaigns, Canva, or digital marketing tools is a plus

●      Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills

●      Highly proactive and eager to grow in a high impact startup environment
