Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-drivenBusiness Development Associatewith team-leading experience to help drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and manage a high-performance team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of B2C sales strategies, team leadership, and a passion for luxury and fine gemstones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across online and offline channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of business development executives or sales representatives.
- Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to refine outreach strategies.
- Set sales targets, track KPIs, and ensure the team meets performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
- Prepare and deliver reports and forecasts to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- At least 2 years of team management or team leadership experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the gems, jewellery, luxury, or e-commerce sector preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
