Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-drivenBusiness Development Associatewith team-leading experience to help drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and manage a high-performance team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of B2C sales strategies, team leadership, and a passion for luxury and fine gemstones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across online and offline channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of business development executives or sales representatives.
  • Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to refine outreach strategies.
  • Set sales targets, track KPIs, and ensure the team meets performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and forecasts to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • At least 2 years of team management or team leadership experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the gems, jewellery, luxury, or e-commerce sector preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
