Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate, located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, generating leads, conducting market research, and presenting real estate solutions. The role involves professionally communicating with prospects to provide information, answer inquiries, and maintain positive client relationships. You will also support team goals by contributing to business development strategies and assisting in presentations to potential buyers.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Proficiency in crafting and delivering effective Presentations
• Excellent Presentation Skills to engage and persuade potential clients
• Ability to work collaboratively, meet sales goals, and perform in a team-oriented environment
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in real estate or sales is advantageous but not mandatory
