Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Associate Manager to lead client acquisition, manage strategic accounts, and support revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across target markets
  • Build and manage strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, leadership) to align solutions with client needs
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 58 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (IT/Technology domain preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global clients
  • Prior experience in managing junior BD team members
  • Exposure to software services, digital transformation, or technology consulting
