About The Opportunity
We operate in the logistics and supply chain sector, delivering end-to-end freight, warehousing and distribution solutions for B2B customers across domestic and cross-border routes. This is an on-site sales role focused on growing commercial relationships and revenue in India's freight and 3PL markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and qualify new commercial customers across assigned territory using targeted outreach, referrals and field visits.
- Manage the full sales cycle discovery, solution design (FTL/LTL/warehousing/last-mile), commercial proposals and contract negotiation to close deals.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity records in CRM; prepare weekly forecasts and KPI reports (pipeline value, conversion rates, win-rate).
- Collaborate with operations and customer success teams to onboard accounts, coordinate shipments, and ensure SLA compliance and on-time delivery.
- Negotiate pricing and service-level agreements to balance customer needs and margin targets; escalate complex pricing to leadership as needed.
- Track competitor activity and market trends; feed market intelligence into product, pricing and route optimisation discussions.

Required Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience in logistics, freight, supply chain or 3PL (minimum experience expected).
- Based in India and available for on-site work, including customer visits and occasional regional travel.
Preferred
- 3PL operations experience
- Domestic & international freight documentation (air/sea/road)
- MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
