Business Development Associate

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated individual for the position of Business Development Associate. This is a full-time, on-site role based in North Goa. In this position, the associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, developing business proposals, and nurturing client relationships. The role also involves preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients and contributing to the company's growth and revenue objectives. The ideal candidate is expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while proactively pursuing potential growth avenues for the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and experience in creating impactful presentations
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
• Ability to conduct comprehensive Market Research to uncover growth opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and internal collaboration
• Proficiency in managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Relevant experience in the craft beverage or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Salary Package: Rs 5,00,000 to Rs 6,00,000 (Basis of experience)
